As Chairman of the Gift of Life Fiji - USA Advisory Board, Narend provides strategic guidance for the foundation's emerging work to support children in Fiji and the South Pacific. His leadership is built on a foundation of both professional success and extensive philanthropy, leveraging his role on the main Board of Directors for The Human Values 4 Kids Foundation.. Narend is the founder and CEO of Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc., an award-winning Silicon Valley tech company he established over 30 years ago. His commitment extends to numerous community and humanitarian efforts:

Dorothy Nambiar

As a co-founder and the V.P./Treasurer of Human Values 4 Kids (HV4K), Dorothy is responsible for overseeing the organization's finances and brings a strong accounting background to her role. She has served the foundation with dedication since 2007. Her role on the Gift of Life Fiji - USA Advisory Board allows her to provide valuable financial counsel and strategic insight, leveraging her extensive experience with the entire organization.

Dorothy's commitment to the mission is deeply personal, rooted in her experience as a volunteer at the inauguration of the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children's Hospital in Fiji. She was also instrumental in establishing the HV4K 4 Gift of Life Fiji program. She holds a Diploma in Accounting from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in British Columbia, Canada.

Vinesh Nambiar

As the co-founder and President of Human Values 4 Kids (HV4K), Vinesh provides strategic leadership for the entire organization. He has led the foundation since 2007, and was instrumental in establishing the HV4K 4 Gift of Life Fiji program. His role on the Gift of Life Fiji - USA Advisory Board is to provide counsel and guidance, leveraging his extensive experience to support the foundation's work on behalf of children in Fiji and the South Pacific.

Vinesh holds a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.A. in Economics, and an MBA from California State University, Sacramento. His dedication to the foundation’s mission is further highlighted by his certificate in Human Values from the Sri Sathya Sai International Centre in New Delhi. In his professional life, Vinesh serves as a Technical Project Manager for Solidigm Corporation.
