The Pacific Healthcare Crisis
Approximately 200 children in Fiji and over 2,500 children across the wider South Pacific islands are born every single year with lethal Congenital Heart Disease (CHD).
Before this specialized complex was built, zero super-specialty cardiac facilities existed within the region. Families were forced to find upwards of $100,000 FJD ($45,000 USD) to fund international logistics to New Zealand or Australia. Unable to afford treatment, most of these children were left to die.
HV4K charges a 0% administration fee while committing 33% of baseline product profits from our HV4K Creations Store directly to this initiative, guaranteeing public, corporate, and private support flows directly to operations.
Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children's Hospital
Inaugurated on April 27, 2022, this $25 million FJD medical complex is the largest non-governmental organization (NGO)- led infrastructure buildout in the history of Fiji.

International Medical Missions
Because Fiji lacks native trained pediatric cardiac surgeons, specialized life-saving interventions are executed entirely at no cost to the patient via voluntary medical missions ranging between 20 to 40 professionals.

Scaling our Life-Saving Impact
Our fundraising trajectory reflects a powerful wave of global momentum and trust. Starting with $117,831 USD at our program launch in 2024, our Gift of Life Fiji - USA community nearly tripled its support to reach $306,300 USD in 2025—fueling daily pediatric heart surgeries and establishing our foundational clinical operations.
In 2026 to date, our collective impact has accelerated to an unprecedented $671,933 USD, driving our total multi-year program footprint past the million-dollar mark. Every single dollar tracked in this progress pipeline translates directly into fully funded surgeries, critical procedures, and specialized infrastructure like our newly deployed catheterization lab. Backed by our strict 0% administration fee policy, 100% of these public resources go directly to the front lines of clinical care, giving children across the South Pacific a completely free second chance at life.

Securing the physical hardware was just the initial step. Now, we must fund the daily operations that put it to use. Following the catheterization lab inauguration on April 25, 2026, the hospital's revered founder, Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai, announced an ambitious, transformative directive: to achieve 1,000 life-saving procedures in a single year—by the upcoming 5th anniversary on April 24, 2027.
Crucially, this mission has expanded to include specialized adult cardiac procedures. Because cardiovascular disease and heart attacks are the leading cause of death in Fiji, opening these doors to adults will fundamentally rewrite the medical landscape of the South Pacific, protecting entire families under one roof.
Complete operational sustainability rests on building a dedicated network of 1,000+ Heart Champions. A pledge of $1,000 per year ($84 a month) goes entirely to the front lines of clinical care, transforming the founder's vision into immediate survival. Hitting this initial 1,000-procedure milestone over the next year is just our launchpad—in the following years, we will scale this framework to save thousands more.
