This purpose of this cause is to (1) raise awareness and (2) raise money to support free heart surgeries for the children of the Fiji Islands and its neighboring island nations, including Vanuatu, Tonga, Samoa, and others.  These surgeries are conducted at the Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children's Heart Hospital of Fiji, which is the only pediatric cardiac facility in the South Pacific.  Without these surgeries, many of the kids with congenital heart disease in the region will die because their families cannot afford to have them treated overseas.   Click on the following link to learn more about the hospital:  Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Children's Heart Hospital of Fiji
